Bob Hothem

Bob is primarily responsible for property acquisitions and sales. As managing broker of our award winning team two years running, he supervises the purchase and resale of our properties. Bob is a Colorado native who has spent his entire career in the Denver real estate market. He has over 40 years experience as both a managing broker and real estate investor, having participated in transactions totaling nearly half a billon dollars. Bob enjoys motorcycles, fishing and an occasional game of Texas hold’em. He and his wife Kayda have 4 adult children and 7 awesome grandkids.
