Chris Kelly

Chris has worked in the remodeling and construction industry for most of his life. He is a licensed General Contractor with a degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. Chris heads our construction department and is responsible for all phases of our property renovations. His responsibilities include; personnel management of all our in-house construction crews, hiring and supervision of all subcontractors, quality control and overall project management at all properties. Since joining us five years ago, Chris has successfully managed the renovation of well over 300 homes. Prior to The Buy-Out Company, Chris owned a custom wood door business, specializing in high-end residential entry doors. Chris and his wife Katie have five children, four girls and a boy. They love to travel when possible, and enjoy all the great outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
