Doug Perry

Doug is responsible for all day-to-day financial operations as well as long-term investment planning and forecasting. He also oversees construction management and design. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of “hands on” experience, personally buying more two thousand properties within the Denver metro area. Doug is an avid runner and outdoorsman, having completed many marathons including the New York and Boston Marathons, as well as the Leadville 100, arguably one of the most physically and mentally challenging race of it’s kind. He and his wife Kim enjoy traveling, mountain biking, skiing, and climbing Colorado’s magnificent 14’ers, often with one or more of their 14 grandchildren.
