Richard Perry

Richard has a wide range of experience in the real estate business. Before joining The Buy-Out Company, he spent many years working in property restoration and management in Buffalo, New York. There he gained valuable insight and experience resolving the many challenges of working with homes needing significant repairs and renovation. His broad knowledge base and strong background in problem solving are a perfect combination for his responsibilities at The Buy-Out Company. Since moving to Colorado, he has become an expert in evaluating properties in the rural markets where we buy homes. Richard is extremely adept at dealing with issues unique to rural properties, such as wells, septic systems, zoning, and boundary discrepancies. He loves working with people and loves a challenge. He and his wife, Marissa, enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family, as well as traveling whenever they get the chance.
