Justin Perry

Justin is a full time firefighter with the Denver Fire Department who spends much of his off duty time assisting us with special projects. The son of General Partner, Doug Perry, Justin was born and raised, immersed in the real estate business. He has a vast understanding of all aspects of our company and on any given day he may be found signing a lease with a new tenant, installing egress windows, tiling a new bathroom, or maybe inspecting our current inventory of properties to confirm we are in compliance with insurance regulations. In short, wherever there’s job to be done, Justin is our go to guy. Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Public Administration from Metro State University and holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license as well. He is an accomplished golfer who also enjoys tennis and cycling. Justin and his wife Becky reside in Parker with their 3 young boys.
